Eric Morgan, CEO of Adaptivity Pro founded the company in 2004. Since then he has managed 75+ different websites web design and online marketing activities.  Eric has grown Adaptivity Pro with many  employees made up of project managers, copywriters, programmers, and designers. He works one on one with each client and works specifically to each individual clients needs for their website. He is always willing to learn and try new internet marketing techniques if he feels it will help improve the specific client’s website. He helps manage campaigns including pay per click, search engine optimization, banner ads, link ads, conversion studies, and affiliate programs, all of which helps a website succeed. Eric has an in-depth experience with persuasion architecture and conversion improvement. He actively utilizes programs such as WebCEO, Raven Tools, Spyfu, Adwords, WebPosition Gold, and Wordtracker. He is also proficient at HTML, MySQL, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks. Adaptivity Pro currently has a retention rate of 95%.

Eric attended the University of Utah where he earned his Bachelor of Science and Business Management degree in 2004. He met his wife while attending college and has been married for 9 years. He has 3 wonderful boys that he enjoys spending all his free time with watching movies, going to the park and chasing them around the house. In his free time he enjoys going to the cabin, traveling the world, reading and spending time with his family.
